We highly recommend you call your insurance company for any information or questions regarding coverage and benefits. We are happy to answer any questions we can, but your coverage and benefits details are ultimately between you and your insurance company.

For patients without traditional dental insurance, the Southwest Smile Plan helps make preventive care and additional treatment more approachable with a simple annual membership.
Membership plans are not insurance. Plans require a 1-year commitment, and family discounts are available.
